SSDC: First FREE Web Tool Now Available
SSDC's first FREE web tool is now available. This is to be the first of several web tools. This one is for determining hit location/critical. This handles called shots, tail hits, and 4 armed creatures. It also has an addition that will appear in the new edition of Battlelords – medical skill checks. Each critical has a Basic Medical/Paramedic check.
You can use this during game play by someone with a laptop/mobile device, to make it faster/easier to do combat.

You can use this during game play by someone with a laptop/mobile device, to make it faster/easier to do combat.
- click the hit icon to show/hide hit details
- view IR in hit details
- view concussion damage in hit details, including applying any remaining concussion to a random area
- select the weapon system (in order to provide the IR and damage type)
- manual roll (”Roll Your Own”) which serves as just a table lookup
- enter ROF/number of shots
- number of rolls which can be used for things like a grenade (i.e. 8 fragments)
- number of targets
- medical skill checks have been added for all INSTANT DEATH results for those stubborn Eridani (except 99 and 100)
- when using spread fire, you may enter the total distance between all targets so we can properly calculate number of shots that hit
- you can enter the distance the grenade lands from the intended target so we can properly calculate the number of fragments and concussion damage
- number of rolls for auto roll and grenades; if the number of rolls is > 1 then you will get text results instead of the armor diagram; the purpose of this is for those that want to print out a set of results ahead of time
