It's a Bird... It's a Plane... It's Supergenius!

My favorite of the new PDFs is One Night Stand: Kobold Death Maze, a low-level adventure that's perfect for a single night or two of play. Kobolds get a bad rap, and this adventure is meant to put some mean back into their demeanor. But what sets this adventure apart are the 16 miniatures-scale map tiles that combine to create the entire kobold maze. You also get paper minis for all the monsters in the adventure, featuring art by Stan! Very cool.
The first of two Owen Stephens' PDFs is The Genius Guide to the Dragonrider, which features a new core class for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game. It's a combat-oriented class with minor arcane spellcasting ability, built around a character's mystic bond with a true dragon steed. This bond is more than simply a close friendship, it is a mystic connection between dragonrider and dragon, creating a permanent link fueled by the arcane power inherent to all true dragons.
Owen's second PDF, The Genius Guide to Loot 4 Less: Volume 1—Armor and Weapons kicks off the Loot 4 Less line, giving due to items with a cost-to-consumer of 2,500 gp or less. This is a forum for the cheapest of the cheap, and that's it. Yet everything in the product is a legitimate permanent magic item, free of charges and able to be used in adventure after adventure.
Finally, head Supergenius R. Hyrum Savage gives us The Genius Guide to the Harrowed, mortal beings whose connection to the world around them has been removed. Harrowed are a fun way for GMs to throw a new type of creature against players who have become jaded with the typical monsters found in most adventures.
